Its about the GOP scuttling every immigration reform bill, from the 'gang of 7' bill under Obama, so called because GOP Senate support was there, but characteristically the GOP House would not put on the floor for a vote, to the recently torpedoed Bipartisan Senate bill, which also would have been DOA in the House
Mostly, as Trump stated, it's about using it as a campaign issue and not about offering solutions. THAT is the GOP ethos on every problem this country faces.
