Let's review shall we.
First
Poster Dakota points out in HIS COMMUNICATION with the SEC
"Thank you for contacting the S.E.C. Unfortunately, we cannot answer your questions. The S.E.C. does not confirm or deny the existence of investigations, and we conduct our investigations (when we pursue them) on a non-public basis. You can find more information about this policy here, on our website. We also cannot provide information on the status of particular stocks or other investments. "
Note Dakota posted that he has filed two complaints with the SEC , yet when he contacted them to ask about an investigation on SNPW he got the above answer from the SEC.
Second Little Jimmy claims
the SEC Prosecutor, she would have told you they subpoenaed for travel and cell phone data of the so called "site visit", because they knew Nick Campanella wasn't in that location that weekend of the alleged site visit (according to the above the SEC would not reveal this to the public)
and Third Little Jimmy claims
"I knew EXACTLY where Nick was that weekend, he was nowhere near any sites, not Alabama, not S. Carolina, somewhere where there was no factory within miles.. (here it is being claimed that proof is available of the exact location and time of Nick's location is verified)
It's called Metadata, I know where he was exactly. Yet he posted and claimed fraudulently he was on a site visit."
If Metadata provided the EXACT location where Nick was , there would be no reason for a SEC prosecutor to subpoenaed for travel and cell phone data of the so called "site visit "because they would already have that information according to you.,
Even if you brought a complaint to the SEC, the SEC according to the information provided by Dakota would not confide in you how they or if they would be proceeding with an investigation.
You are a fraud!
