Is the share buyback that is being pushed now by the squad like this one 14 years ago!! That never took place just a wild pump. Don't think this dream theory will fly to well today.
Univec had already went dark 11/22/2010 before this dreamed up BS was announced.

Shares may be repurchased by the company from time to time in open market transaction or in privately negotiated transactions as permitted under the applicable rules and regulations.
Repurchases will be made based on profit and cash flow of the company. The program may be limited or terminated at anytime without prior notice.
