I have been in communications with Fox-ess, specifically Fox-ess senior GM in China. In short over several communications Fox-ess can confirm no one from their team attended any site visits with SNPW or Nick Campanella. Also, Fox-ess executive stated without hesitation there is no plans to invest with SNPW and that they will discuss SNPW's "misleading" announcements and take appropriate actions. These communications were via email so I will provide proof once I get approval from Fox-ess. All of this will be turned over to my attorney as well as the SEC.

Nick Campanella, I warned you not to continue to fuck with investors and your fraudulent ways, this is only the beginning.
