So, who will get blamed, if, and when the company goes belly up from a fat cat's drunken sailor type spending, incompetence, corporate greed, being involved in an awful illegal scheme during the pandemic, blowing 4-5 million on unproven and non-existent advanced recycling with no DEM license and no public hearing, cutting and pasting other foreign companies' Nano solar panels website content, lying and deceitful tweets, press releases with false information, not filing 8-Ks for significant events shareholders had a right to know within the 4-5 SEC window and using a former governor and current Secretary of Commerce to promote himself on twitter?
It's been one BIG shit show! And it the SEC filings prove the shit show.
