Im unaware of whom exactly was behind the manipulated trading of SNPW stock pre RS but I can assure you all that it was occurring and blatantly so.
I was paying very close attention to the individual trades daily and IMO there is no plausible explanation why there would be numerous 1 to 5 share trades on a stock with a pps of $0.004.
Whether it was due to the actions of individuals or MMs is irrelevant as the fact is that it was a rampant practice that was utilized to halt/stymie any type of upward momentum.
I will add that it was also employed to boost the stock price when it was being artificially suppressed.
In any event all of this is now peripheral since the only important catalyst for SNPW is the execution of financing for the projects it has been striving to get off the ground for some time now.
