Do you realize how silly your below statement sounds? The company just exercised a 1 for 4,000 reverse stock split which increases the unallocated authorized by 999.7 Million shares.
Do you really think the company only plans to increase the float by 244,192 shares? I don’t simply due to the magnitude of the reverse.
My hunch is you are trying to paint a picture on why snpw only needs to issue 224,192 shares to remain control and the reverse is not that bad. This picture is flawed as snpw likely didn’t issue a 4k reverse for control reasons, they already have control. They issued a reverse more likely to create and use their largest asset - stock.
The OS would only have to be raise 244192 shares to give the lend(s) 49.995% of the company
