You are the only one talking about control. Reference your comments below. Why do you continue to talk about control, my discussion is one about dilution. You need to pick a lane and stay in it.
Suggest you look at what has transpired. Snpw executed a 1 for 4,000 reverse stock split. This nets snpw roughly 999.7 million new shares. I strongly believe the post reverse share count of less than 250k shares will be raised significantly. Why else issue such a huge reverse. Net result will be dilution. It matters not what additional shares wil be used for, dilution is dilution.
I used a max of 49.995% so that Campanella can remain control.
The OS would only have to be raise 244192 shares to give the lend(s) 49.995% of the company
