Nope, that’s incorrect. My assumption, using your 49.9%, is that only 500m would be used which is 50% of the 1 billion authorized.
Are you now saying the new shares won’t be used when before you said that 49.9% could be used and snpw could retain control. If you are now saying they don’t need to use the new shares then my original question remains, why issue a reverse.
