What room was there in the former share structure would there have been to offer a lender(s) coming in? Now there is plenty to give a lender(s) up to 49.995% of the company.
With ELBA there was the factory,the equipment, a State backed Tax free bond and an insurance policy on the building that could be used to make the lender(s) happy if it is SC and a lease that collateral disappears.and the only thing left is the equipment.
