I don't think I would say it quite that way.
It is exciting that IR-MED is going to showcase their product. But our drivers should be them filing for FDA 510(k) approval and then projecting when they will go to market. Before their market date UNVC has to have all its ducks in a row and be a fully grown company. That should mean all merger activity complete before IR-MED products hit (which is this year, could be this summer or sooner).
The same goes for Amazon and their eventual launch of mental health offerings. We have to be recognized as a NASDAQ company by then or they won't whisper our name in a dark alley.
So based on what I believe, things are going to happen soon. And the show IR-MED went to is cool and could lead to some good press in the medical field, it isn't of huge significance.
