No Craig...it inserts them to the on going deeds they committed. They purchased them in 2019, Amarex continued withholding data up until we filed suit in 2021. That's two years of damage to Cytodyn that happened after NSF acquired Amarex that I am saying NSF would be liable for as the parent company.
