They (NSF) took majority interest in Amarex prior to Oct/ 9th/2019...long before the walls caved in.
The former CEO Laylor stonewalled/ghosted us for months after our questions to him regarding Amarex's many failures to comply...and release information...all the while crying for non-payment for services rendered. Then he (Laylor) was miraculously retired after 20 plus years as CEO.

Just NSF... circling the wagons and lawyering up.
