You may have no idea now about NSF's past actions, but if you read the email from NSF's CEO to (ugh) Nader, which we have known about for years, you will see that he assured Nader that he would investigate the allegations. Then he stonewalled for a year.
The refusal of Amarex to release data is well known. The court order forcing said release is well known.
The direct involvement of high-level NSF executives who were appointed to be on Amarex's board, and to RUN Amarex, are both facts that are well known.
NSF certainly has a defense. In football terms, it's called "blocking." Or in another sports term, they think that they can "run out the clock." The longer they stonewall, the more financial pain they can inflict on CYDY, and in their opinion, they will be able pay a lower settlement with possibly a non-disclosure agreement to a desperate CYDY, so that the rest of their customers and prospective customers will not know the grisly details.
I hope NSF is wrong.
