My point is that they (according to the email) were "looking into it". At the time, Amarex was withholding our data which was in breach of their contract. NSF did not force Amarex to release the data after they "looked into it" which at that point made them complicit in the actions which were in breach of contract. A judge already ruled in our favor that it was in breach and that they had to turn the data over to us. I assume that judge had more information than we do and that was his finding so I still don't see any way that NSF was not complicit in the damages done to Cytodyn by withholding our data.
