Anyway, unless you believe the email that was released by the company is fake, NSF got involved and was aware prior to this ever becoming a lawsuit which means that they agreed Amarex should withhold our data and were complicit in delaying us from knowing what was or was not useful to try to salvage our BLA. I don't see how an indemnity clause would protect them from being willfully complicit in ongoing actions that caused Cytodyn damage. They should be on the hook.
