One final thought...Mitchell Cohen...and shares beneficially owned...Mitchell was hired as a gun for hire...coming from an agency with that specific purpose in mind...a lend out. As I have mentioned previously...I have done that kind of work...and sometimes you get offered a deal to be a permanent fixture...THIS looks like they are offering him a position. IF I'm the agency...I will be pissed.
