Here where the real gamble takes place.
There will be only 250,000 shares in the OS
I am Expecting Tsingshan Group/FoxEss and or Sun Group requiring part of SNPW as collateral for the financing of the project.
How they will take their piece of the pie will determine the fate of the long shareholders.
If it is in preferred shares the OS will not change and the longs will still have a chance to benefit after the RS.
If it is restricted common shares, with Tsingshan Group/FoxEss and or Sun Group names now attached to SNPW and the property purchased and retro fit starting. longs will still have a change to benefit after the RS.
The key is going to be when will dilution set in?
