We (investors) have no way of knowing Amarex's cash situation or insurance situation at the moment. All we know is that if the arbitrator finds willful misconduct and/or gross negligence, that triggers damages. But if Amarex doesn't have the money and/or won't be covered by their insurance, CYDY can only get what it can get, no matter what the arbitrator decides.

How any settlement is paid is determined in the settlement negotiations.
