"Wilfull negligence" would be putting it mildly. If one has been handling data for trials for years and one puts in wrong dates and wrong names after the FDA asked for correct data I would lean toward sabotage. So yes, I would like to hear "Amarex's Side of the story" and just how far up Gilead's ass they were. A three year hold's worth it appears. Follow the money, who benefits from this wrong data.
