What biopharmaceutical company would hire Amarex after the debacle with Cytodyn? The question is what is NSF doing with Amarex. It's doubtful they've wrote off Amarex completely. Maybe they'll rebrand Amarex assets as NSF. If they do so, depending on how that's structured NSF could be held liable for Amarex's debts.
