When people start setting buy prices at .0004 it will move up - 17.46M loaded in the first 43 minutes - bid topped up to 272.6M at .0002 (no fills) after some used to buy at .0003.
Bid sufficient to probably take out .0004 > .0008 if used quickly enough on successive asks.
Expect it to happen some time when the top traders with significant funds bid sitting at present - $54K - decide the time is right or if someone sees anything on the first licensing decision (possibly Deep Power or GLID).
