BARISTAS COFFEE $BCCI has filed its Operations Manual, UFOC Disclosure Documents, Financials, Franchise Agreements and all other documents which are required for becoming registered franchise for selling in California.

Once the request for registration of franchise is approved, Baristas Coffee Co, will not only be allowed to sell in California but they will have an opportunity to become registered in other states as well. This is the outcome of the launch of  major expansion by Baristas Coffee Co. through the franchising division.

CEO of Baristas Coffee Co. Barry Henthorn stated that California fits ideally for the business of their company. He added that the company looks forward to establish branches in the region. Moreover, he said that the company will continue to make efforts to file for registrations in other states as well.
