I would love to see $1 let alone $3, but $3 won't be by June unless something major happens in conjunction with the hold being lifted, which I am not betting on right now. As I have said many times, any company interested in CYDY has already made overtures to partner. Yes, fine...NDA's, but I don't think those are keeping a company from saying "We have a deal in place if/when the hold gets lifted."

As for the settlement "looming," that is just not entirely correct. The final hearing isn't for another 6 months, so there is no pressure for Amarex to try to settle sooner. Each side already knows their side of the story. Once the final hearing happens, it could be weeks or months until a decision is made by the arbitrator. We just don't know.

Could we see $1 by June? Yes, if the hold is lifted and some partnership other than another mouse model is announced, but if that doesn't happen, then until a meaningful partnership with cash is announced, there is no reason for the SP to jump.
