Exactly, and thats not just an idle quote, I know that the EPA & DOE have the MBS results in their possession, and if any cement company deals directly with these agencies they can access these results to work out a plan. They still have plenty of time to do so and thats why its going to take a while before contracts in that area are announced. But in the meantime we can work with Oak Ridge & other brownfields projects. This is all heavily regulated by all sorts of laws, which adds to the delays but if you saw OR videos about the public meetings they hold then you'll see why everything takes so long.
