A couple of morons traded mickey mouse amounts at .0003 + created an undercut ask at .0003 of 5M after the .0004s had already been started..
Bid at .0002 immediately increased from 242M to 288.9M - $58K - sufficient to take out .0003 > .0005 when applied to the ask.
