They looked at Texas as a possible spot? Where your proof other wise.?
They tried to get an Indonesia made Solar panel? Where is your proof other wise?
They tried to sell solar related (don't recall they ever saying they did actually sell something)? Where your proof otherwise?

Did they informed the shareholders that contract expired? Yep in the filings.

And they still haven't claimed they sold anything in the SPP store.
