When a company knows something isn't true, and publishes the opposite in the public domain, for a reasonable period of time, without providing updates or corrections, it's fraud by deception.
Do you frigg'in realize hundreds of investors were investing hard earned money while trading the stock during those 5 months of lying tweets?
Do you see the replies to other SPP b.s. tweets, following the big "Sun Pacific Power solar panel brand under way and labels being prepared" PROMO, continuing to ask about the status of SPP solar panels and Texas HOAX after April 2022?
Don't be ignorant just because you can't believe what you just read going back 2 years. At least own up to it and stop condoning and enabling more of it. Because there's a lot more coming from Karma.
You really think a cheap ass Vietnamese exclusive reseller agreement PROMO (8 mths and Zero sales) will help all of those lying tweets (for the SEC's eyes only now) go away by saying "it didn't work out"? Wtf??
