All of the extension trials were shut down when the FDA instituted a safety hold. Under Federal Right to Try an FDA hold will stop it being given out and many State Right to Try laws require State medical board approvals. Even if a state mirrors Federal law but no stop on an FDA hold Cytodyn is probably not releasing any and risking the FDA's wrath.
