After so many years (Pt.IDN SINCE 4/2022 , Foxess since 2021). that its been going on.
They met one after the other November 28 2023 though December 6 2024.
Then set up a site visit January 12 to 14 2024.
Site visit took place
It appears that Tsingshan Group, FoxEss, Sun Group, SC Solar and Autowell are in concert to help SNPW and its PT.IDN Solar Tech project manager build a US facility.
Very simple answer
As long as it takes.
And based on a site visit January 12 to 14 , it appears not to be much longer..
