Not a single item you list would justify a US based manufacturing where the likely outcome would be success.
Once again, the supply chain solar/batteries etc are in China. Go ahead and move production to the US, but understand the supply chain for raw material is in China. This alone would discredit a US facility.
Oh, and if China does go south, forget about the China based relationships - such as Foxess etc.
Still waiting for a real time justifiable reason for a US based manufacturing facility.
For the record, I was asked to participate in moving a manufacturing facility out of China and into Mexico. This was to mitigate risks associated with supply chain from China and bypass the China tariffs. End result, it was easy to procure a facility in Mexico, staff with employees etc. However the key components all came from China - resisters, capacitors, chokes, relays etc. Bottom line, no risk was mitigated.
