Oh so Tsingshan Group(raw Materials), FoxEss (batteries and inverters), PT.IDN Solar Tech (solar cells) or SUN Group (state of the art solar panels) don't have tens of millions a dollars to bring into SNPW (which has an establish US company) if they choose to have a US Solar Panel and Solar Battery manufacturing facility.
