You didn’t address how you came to the conclusion that the property failed testing. You seem to have sidestepped this through an attempt at diversion.
Deductive reason is also a lame excuse as nothing was reported regarding testing, failing etc. If you want to apply deductive reasoning how about the property falling through due to financing. One hell of alot more plausible noting the 10-k reporting that the agreement had expired and they were searching for financing. But no, you tell some far fetched story about failing testing with no backing.
