Word on the street is the plaintiff is someone from another country with a couple of thousand shares. In other words, it’s one of those bogus lawsuits brought about by an ambulance chaser attorney which is just an irritant to the company and likely to be settled for peanuts (our peanuts btw).

Moreover, the core intent of the suit and dissemination of it as news is to ward off new investors and spook weaker existing ones.
