Don't believe that is accurate
It's too bad the company didn't try and explain things (facts or B.S.) as clearly as you seem to be able to explain them somehow? There were ZIPPO tweets and mentions of any other specific states relating to Medrecycler's pyrolysis recycling process. The "free tour for whoever can guess the next Medrecycler state" tweet was a dead giveaway with being done with Medrecycler.
Why? The company had no strategy to move/relocate millions of $'s of unproven technology equipment manufactured, shipped and assembled before having a state DEM license.
