Maybe you know an answer to my question? If Leronlimab has been used in the basket trial for Glioblastoma in the past why is the company now doing a mouse trial. It seems to be a step backwards?

Is this because it’s a focused trial for a specific disease?

I’m just trying to understand the rationale. I don’t have a lot of knowledge in how trials are set up etc.
