With the real possibility of green energy lovers Gina and Joe being out of a political future in 8 months and the 2 year ban of tariffs ending in little over a year things should be heating up rather quickly..
If something is going to happen with the facility I expect it to happen within the next 30 to 60 days if they are planning to be manufacturing by the time the tariffs go back into effect.
You talk a nice game Dak but you still haven't provided any proof for your illegal claims.
If you are still holding stock (as you say) you have not lost anything so you haven;t been harmed.
If you brought in due to Medrecycler FOMO the failure was do to a law change nothing the CEO did .
And since the original stock price was 0.002 before the RI-DEM letter "intent to approve" ( are you accusing the RI DEM as pumipng the stock) and has since retracted to that price level after the denial there is no indication of pump and dump involving the company.
If the contract for the Elba property did expire due to an issue with the property (as indicated by the fact the property has not been relisted for sale to date) then you have no claim of any false promotion involving said property.
