Re: Evil Rabbit #140790
Using our drug in a pre-clinical mouse model trial is not a big deal, IMO. (Hey Dad, before the game comes back on, can we talk about using our drug on your lab brain-tumor-mouse-models? Sure son. Of course. I think it should work. Pass me some more of that dip.)
Having listened to Dr Jay over time, I don't think he was trying to make a deal with his dad seem like something big. I think he is humble. His pops probably is also.
Open your minds a bit and try to imagine how many labs in the country or the world have tried or are trying to see what may help treat a horrible disease like GBM. Here's a tip from an old guy: share prices don't jump based on pre-clinical mouse trial data. Those data can result in further partnerships or buyout/acquisitions. So, not meaningless. IMO, not a big deal yet. Lots of good research going on. Do you mention Montefiore with Mayo, MD Anderson, Johns Hopkins, UCSF, Scripps, Hammersmith?
As Dr. Jay said, we need to publish the amazing data we already have, to let the world know about leronlimab. IMO, that sounds like a much bigger deal.
