It’s messaging from the company that doesn’t involve lawsuits, management changes or stock distributions. Instead it’s about the BUSINESS of moving LL towards eventual approval.
Haven’t seen anything like this in some time and I view it as a big positive. Lights are still on in Vancouver apparently.
