anyone wonder what the wizard used for insurance wrap grade A at that time?
Maybe take a look at twitter to see what as promoted (before and during insurance wrap grading period) that never existed or happened that were probably used to get an insurance wrap grade in just a few weeks? lmao! Recall that "720MW solar panel LOI" tweeted? Recall that "selected equipment company" tweeted? Recall the "measuring the columns" for Elba, AL building tweet?
That Invictus insurance wrap application might be looked at closely by some? Should be a very interesting study. Maybe Invictus couple can shed some light on that marvelous "grade A" rating from Nov. 2022 when trying to get 50 mil loan approved? Then assigned to EPC (overnight) like EPC was the same entity as SPP with the same financials and agreements signed?
