For years Zippo happening except one PROMO after another as the company's pieces continue to fall apart and revenue has flatlined at ZERO.
All of that SG&A money (100's of 1000's) disappearing for past 2 years may be the only money available being used and then booked as loans back to the company. Anyone wondering what pockets the 4,000:1 reverse split convertible shares cash raised will end up?
From the bread line to the SG&A charity drive to the cash for convertible shares fund.
