That is my point exactly! Antonio was grossly overpaid for his contribution to the company. The guy had a pay and compensation package that any CFO would be proud of, for a profitable company. If our management is going to be making top dollar, they should be capable of making top contribution!
I'm a little bit old fashioned. I still think our employees should earn their keep. We have experienced no increase in our company value in the last two plus years. Our management should have their noses to the grindstone. Their silence, over the last two years, tells me that they haven't been performing for our benefit. It is past time for them to perform. As we see some of the latest changes appear to be for the better, I say that they are long overdue.
