$PSGR Let's review the past decades for Pershing Resources. It was a (precious metals) mining development corp; a (precious metals) mining explorarory company; a (precious metals) mining company; a mining company that (maybe) had Rare Earths on its mine claims; and a mining company with a potential/possible/it could maybe happen special precious metals extraction technology...along with a few other mining referenced possible capabilities. (WHEW!!!! That was one looooong sentence!!!). Not quite as long as the almost 3 decades that this company has been around but still produced about 2 cents worth of information which is strikeningly similar to the share price of PSGR. Well, there is one obvious and major difference, you need not wait almost 30 years to spend your $0.02 to buy the above information.
