I know scans don't show p53 activation. It has to be confirmed by the increased amount of p21. According to the protocol,
"Change in tumor size [ Time Frame: baseline and 2 months ] [ Designated as safety issue: No ]
Change in tumor size based on RECIST criteria version 1.1. using MRI, CT scan, and/or standard of care imaging"
What I meant was hopefully DF noticed a change in tumor size, then decided to run the p21 test early.
