The Supreme Court will decide Trump has never been convicted of any crime so he will be allowed to run again for re-election. People need to study the Constitution and Bill of Rights before they send a losing case wasting taxpayer money on frivolous Court proceedings. If you don't like Trump, vote against him. That is your right, but we don't have a right to get courts to decide who can run for president and who cannot. The voting polls are where we decide that for ourself. Remember, the Republican Party will follow suit in the future. Be careful what you wish for.
