On a serious note, GM, you have really excited all of us here. Your enthusiasm is catching. I believe Jason has turned all the phone calling over to you, which is great because he seems to really open up to you. I don't personally know you, but I bet you got where you are today through hard work. I have had some kind of job since I was 15. Some kids today just punch around on their I-pad instead of loading a wheelbarrow or cutting bushes or pouring cement,etc. Maybe thats why we are in the shape we are today. But when himr hits, I'll hire some young lad to do those things for me. Glad you're here.  JB
