Without fanfare-only the notice below- ZNOG has fallen to the otcqb board on the otc exchange
because bid price has been below the OTCQX min bid price of 10c for some time
Nothing else re ZNOG has changed. As the filing notes ZNOG continues as SEC reporting,as are all OTCQB stocks.
So it does not violate fiduciary duty for trustees to buy and hold ZNOG stock
but as usual many brokers are inexcusably unfamiliar and ignorant with the entire otc exchange concept and board so their clients if anything would be discouraged by such ignorant brokers from such ownership
