My opinon is not as positive as yours in the Medi process working with the council and the locals. I think alot more could have and should have been done.
The hope had been that the project’s applicant, Nicholas Campanella of New Jersey, would be part of the discussion but after Campanella expressed initial enthusiasm about explaining his proposed business – MedRecycler – to the Town Council, he failed to show up to the virtual meeting.

I based my no opinion on watching The CEO work for over 2 years with the West Warwick Town Council, Their Planing board and the RI-DEM to get a waste to energy facility approved by the RI-DEM after it final view only to have it denied due to public pressure of not wanting it in their back yard
