Nick also used his wife's "realty company" to "train" solar sales people, and the realty company charged SNPW for the "training" Nick then assigned the debt for the cost of the "training" to SNPW in exchange for stock, the training resulted in ZERO sales, again, no public company with a board or overseer would have allowed for this.

Nick claims family and friends haven't sold stock, he made this fradulent clain via X like a dumbass providing proof of his lies.

Nick can't explain how the company is funding it's quarterly $400k in expenses.. My bet is the SEC investigates and will see every single promo and pump Nick sold stock through his affiliated holdings and family/friends. Straight securities fraud and market manipulation.
