doing a deep review? drugman would know of course?
LOL
Glad to know you were overseeing the due diligence done by partners? Thanks for the confirming the companies' deep reviews based on your observation. LOL
Another company's decision, to do business with another company/1 person, could be subject to any type of background check or none at all.
The facts surrounding someone's nefarious behavior has nothing to do with what another company chooses to do or not to do as part of a business relationship. Especially, when there's, most likely, no other takers on the hook.
These highly promoted partnerships have, clearly and indisputably, amounted to ZERO value and revenue with no recourse by the OEMs. That's a very obvious sign of a need for how it appears versus performance.
We know Axitec LLC (Nj address) is still getting direct shipments, from GEP New Energy Vietnam, only 6 months after the exclusivity agreement, between GEP and SP was signed, in June 2023. Meanwhile, SPP has not sold or distributed a single GEP solar panel in the same timeframe. Therefore, the so-called exclusive (incl. press release and 8-K) between GEP and SPP is a joke.
We also know Foxess has gone at it alone with its U.S. sales and distribution strategy. They have U.S. regional sales hires on LinkedIn and they have had product product to Puerto Rico and their own U.S. entity set up. Meanwhile, SPP has not sold or distributed a single Foxess battery or inverter. PP Therefore, the so-called Americas Distributor certificate, with Foxess, waived around twitter in December 2021, is another joke.
in my opinion
cheers
